Annie Skapinsky
A proud alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Annie has extensive experience working in the property management, real estate, social media, and marketing fields. Born and raised in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, Annie brings a unique west coast meets east coast perspective to her current position as Marketing Manager at DIRIGO. Annie caught the travel bug while studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain and always looks forward to a new adventure.
In 2011, Annie started working for DIRIGO as the Administrative & Accounting Assistant and quickly transitioned into the role as the Assistant Property Manager of the Residential Apartment & Condo Association. Her responsibilities included processing new applications, screening potential tenants and leading the tenant re-certification process. Currently, as the Marketing Manager, Annie manages social media accounts, designs graphics, analyzes statistics, and focuses on improving web design, function, and online presence for DIRIGO. Annie is proud to be a part of the DIRIGO Management team and she is energized by working with and learning from her clients and teammates.
