James joined Dirigo Management Company during the Summer of 2019. His background has been in Project Management, which are the same skills needed to be successful as a Property Manager.
James is an enthusiastic person and a great team mate; always willing to do what it take to help. His skills are versatile, from internal administrative process management to effectively interacting with external customers and vendors.
James holds a Master’s degree in Business from Husson University.
He has responsibility for overall operations of each condominium association in his portfolio, including budget preparation and reporting , maintenance, capital project, working together with Executive board and owners to address various issues, and contracting vendors for many services required.
