Rick joined Dirigo Management Company during the fall of 2018. Rick brings to the team an extensive background in administration, construction design, and project management. Rick oversaw the design, development, and construction of many facilities for four different communities and most recently the new City Municipal Services Facility in South Portland. Rick has been recognized for his innovation in green design in both Maine and Maryland by a number of agencies. His experience allows our team to have the ability to build consensus among architects, contractors, engineers and most importantly home owners.
Rick obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Southern Maine in Portland where he studied public policy. He has served on appointed commissions for Governor Martin O’Malley, as the president of State Associations and President of the Maryland Associations of Counties committees to address state wide issues related to real estate development and green spaces. Our Dirigo Team counts on Rick in his role as General Manager of our construction and remodeling division including budget preparation, reporting, maintenance, capital projects, working together with Executive Boards and owners to address various issues, and contracting vendors for the many services required. Rick focuses on maintaining a solid team of professionals who can deliver excellent customer service to the many home owners needing the services provided.
