Mike Freed
One City Center Operations Manager
Mike Freed graduated with an A.S. degree in Liberal Arts as well as an A.A.S degree in Recreation Land Management from Alfred State College. He was a Landscape Manager in New York State before moving to Maine in 1980. Upon moving to Maine he worked in condominium management for a local management company and then independently for 15 years before coming to work for Dirigo.
Mike joined Dirigo Management Company in 1996 as a Site Manager at a local mid-rise condominium. By 1998, he transitioned over to working at One City Center in the Facilities Department. Mike’s responsibilities currently focus on day to day operations overseeing proper functioning of building systems and responding to tenant requests. I have been fortunate to work with a great team here and be a part of many building improvements that continue to this day.
