Heidi Espey
Property Manager: CMCA, AMS
Heidi originally joined Dirigo Management Company in 2007 until 2012. She continued her career in the property management field and made her way back to Dirigo in November 2018. Heidi has over 30 years in customer service, 18 of them in property management with rentals, military housing, timeshare resort, student housing and condominium associations. She has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) with Community Associations Institute.
At Dirigo, Heidi is responsible for the overall operations of each condominium associations in her portfolio including budget preparation and reporting, maintenance, capital projects, working together with Executive Boards and owners to address various issues, and contracting vendors for the many services required.
Heidi grew up in Westbrook and continues to reside there with her husband, daughter and 3 step-children.
