Paula Beyer

My name is Paula Beyer, in 2004 I moved to a condo and within months joined the Board of Directors.
In 2007 I was voted president and took on a very active role, meeting with contractors, managing a $300,000 siding project, and handling owners requests. I remained the president through 2015. During that time I realized I really enjoyed this kind of daily interaction with owners and seeing projects through from start to finish.
I attended condo forums and found there was a lot to learn, so I began taking courses to obtain a CMCA certification. I received CMCA certification in 2015 and began working for Dirigo in November of that year. I also completed my AMS certification in 2018.
